Why I have created this website: (The Full Story) I was digging around with Google spending my time searching for marketing and SEO stuff related to Dubai in general, then I suddenly came up with an interesting forum page in the SERP's - and the TITLE was very impressive: "Head of Search Dubai"
As far as I remember. Yeah, it's an SEO Job in Dubai! Clicked on the link to visit that site and kept reading the whole page "top to bottom"
I have spent a couple of minutes reading it, but I was very excited about the offer.. Kept thinking: I might have a good opportunity to build and improve my SEO career..
If I could work in a promising seo company specially in Dubai - UAE ? As if any one sent them a CV he/she will get the job right away!
So a lot of questions was getting in my mind very quickly, and the most important ones: - How to get this job?
- Why they will hire me?
Afterall, there is millions of People, Designers, Webmasters and Developers out there who might be or might NOT be an expert's in the search engine marketing field, and they will apply as well.. while most of them have achieved some useless results there is other's who didn't, they have achieved a good search engine ranking for a few competitive keywords/phrases, Right? Even though you have no idea for how long they kept optimizing till they achieved the current results for that particular keywords. Sure: You are wondering: (But SEO is a long term service) it always takes a lot of time and a lot of work as well! The answer is simply: Yes, you are absolutely right.. SEO is for long run BUT it's also a competitive market and if you could rank faster you will be awarded first. I might be good in SEO'ing and Search Engine Marketing, have achieved a proven track of results "that might be considered as a competitive keywords" But I think I need some thing else to get that job I need some thing unique to rank first on that huge list of CV's. Afterall no body knows the whole SEO/SEM game, but 'HECK' it's a dirty business and if you can do it in a right way, the experts way then it will pay a lot.
What I will do to get the job? (Self Marketing) A lot of those self claimed 'SEO Experts' worldwide and from the UAE specially in Dubai are more than interested in Dubai as a fast developing city. Working in one of the most cutting edge jobs in an amazing city like Dubai is priceless. What else to say, right now and during the last month YoFirst.com have got a dozens of CV's and surely done tens of interviews, but no body knows for sure? Their management might got bored, or even the and stopped reading any more CV's, but the worst if they have already hired some one else? 'Good for him' Instead of sending them another CV, I will get my chances in here and try to prove my self by simply getting this website alive and try to get their attentions by also doing this: To Do List: - Getting one of the most relevant domain names, ex: YoFirst.org is still available!
- Rank for YoFirst.com as a keyword (not even competitive) and their main phrase.
- Deindex their site, and get them out of Google Index. 'No Hard Feelings, Just a tactic'
- Ranking my website, without getting 'Sandboxed' in Google search engine.
- What else can I do to impress them, and get the required attention?

Great, So what is next? However the new domain YoFirst.org will be registered soon and while it will be a new domain, Then it should be sandboxed in Google search engine. Right? I have listed above in the "To Do List - #4" that I will rank the new website without getting sandboxed, so here is another undeniable proof that I know what to do. :) 'Sandbox is a delaying filter to prevent new websites from boosting their ranking and get ranked very quickly, it's one of the anti spam filter that search engines are using currently. While Yahoo and MSN / Live using a different tactics to avoid spammers like Links-Aging and Trust Rank, but they are easier to manipulate'
Attention: Mr.Lee Mancini | YoFirst.com After I go ahead and register the domain name 'YoFirst.org' it will be my property, but I promise you it will be redirected to the original YoFirst.com website even if I never got a chance to get the job, but I personally think that even a preparation period of Three Months is a Win-Win situation.
